Background

Fulton Homes started in 1976 with Ira Fulton’s vision and a whole lot of grit.
When Knoodle teamed up with then-marketing-director Doug Fulton (now
CEO) in 1999, Fulton was a small East
Valley builder with a few communities
and not much name recognition.

Fast-forward? Different story.
Big presence, bigger impact—and we’ve been part of that glow-up from the start.

Challenge

Fulton Homes had bigger dreams—
and so did their young marketing director.

He wasn’t just selling homes.

He wanted to build a brand that reached the entire Valley, stood for something real, and put family, community, and purpose front and center.

Results

During the Great Recession, when other builders hit pause, Fulton hit play. They kept showing up—on screens, billboards, inboxes, and search bars.

First Arizona builder with a website? Yep, that was them. Today, they’re still leading the digital charge with social ads, SEO, and email campaigns that actually get opened.

We ditched the cookie-cutter home ads and focused on what matters: communities, families, and fans who love where they live.

Your want Stats? Over 200 TV spots, 334
radio hits, 85 billboards, and one mini-doc
that premiered at a local movie theater
(and counting).

We tie the brand to causes buyers care about: schools, vets, pets, water safety, and heroes in uniform. Over 250 cause marketing campaigns later, Fulton’s not just building homes—they’re building trust.

Add in $4M+ in earned media from PR and
social, and yeah… that’s how you make a homebuilder unforgettable.
